After a miserable experience dealing with "affordable wireless" on buena vista rd. who I paid 308 dollars to repair my screen, they repaired my screen, but did something in the process that pretty much ruined my audio and when I went there to complain, he basically told me I was a liar and that the audio was probably like that when I brought it in. CPR on whittlesey took not one, but two looks at it and basically said there was nothing they could do and tried to sell me a new phone. I figured before accepting my audio sounding like #*$&*, I'd check out one more place...

Todd at Wilson's computer and cell phone repair was able to identify the problem and not only do what affordable wireless wouldn't do, but also what CPR on whittlesey said couldn't be done and he was immediately able to identify the problem, order the part and have my audio 100% fixed in probably less than 10 minutes. You won't find better repair guys than at Wilson's and Todd is also a really nice guy that I enjoyed talking to as he was fixing my phone. If you're having any problems with your phone or computer, I'm telling you, forget the bigger name stores and go with someone who really knows what they're doing and that's the guys at Wilson's. I can't thank them enough and after this, they're the only place I would let touch my phone if something else comes up in the future. Todd, if you see this, thanks again and I HOPE to not have to do any business with my phone in the near future, but if I do, at least now I know exactly where to take it. 10/10.

If you need your phone repaired, this is the place to go. Cracked my screen and had it repaired in less than 24 hours here. Replacement part was ordered overnight. Took my phone in at 2pm and had a nice replacement screen in about 1 hour and not to mention the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommended.

I can not recommend this place enough. Not only where the cheapest of 4 other places ($60-$160 cheaper for two phones) it turned out the glass screen protector was broken and not my actual screen. So instead of taking our money they were the most honest in town. I will always use this company from here on out!

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. You deal directly with the business owner who also does all the work on site. Mr. Wilson takes great care in his work and did an amazing job. I went in for a screen replacement and didn't realize the back glass of my S8 had a small crack which caused it to shatter upon removal. He still worked with me to get me back up and running until the parts needed came in, which was the next business day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I will not be going anywhere else as long as this guy is in business.

I usually dont review places, but I went to Wilsons to repair my cracked iPhone 8. He had a lot of people ahead of me. He said for me to come back in an hour and a half and my phone would be done. I came back and my phone was done. When I went home, I couldnt use the left side of the screen. I contacted Wilson and he apologized and said for me to bring it in the next day. I came back and he was so apologetic. He fixed my phone and it works perfect now. I would usually be upset about having to come back, but I couldnt help but smile because of his hospitality and personality. I recommend this place to anyone in the area looking to get their phone fixed! Great place, great guy! Cheapest in town also!
